Error message with Text service

Currently there is an issue with the clinic's text message reply service. If you receive a text from the clinic and try to reply an error message will appear, "sorry we didn't understand your message. To join the blues supporters club txt BLUES to 5810. We have informed our software provider to try and resolve this error as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
