About Us

Our practice is a long established small animal clinic located in the Green Island suburb of Dunedin. After being a key member of our team since 2011, Vicky Armstrong became the owner of the Green Island Veterinary Clinic in 2024. With years of dedication and experience, she is excited to continue providing compassionate care for your pets.

Our experienced and enthusiastic veterinary team comprise of five veterinarians and ten veterinary nurses. Staff are encouraged to attend continuing education events to ensure our team stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary care. Our friendly team are here to make both you and your pet feel welcome and comfortable.

The clinic has heavily invested in diagnostic and surgical equipment to offer clients comprehensive services. These services include ultrasound, digital Xray, endoscopy, ECG, in-house haematology and biochemistry, high-speed dentistry, blood and eye pressure monitoring and more. Our focus is to provide up to date, personal veterinary care and support to our patients and their owners.
